We found Mr Charles Brincat very professional in his dealings with us and very competent in coordinating the building programme. He took great care in working through the preliminary stages of the project with us – arranging for building permits, insurance and explaining the various provisions of the contract. Charles dealt with, and resolved, a number of issues that, had they not been foreseen, might have been contentious. We were impressed with his flexible approach towards our requests and he did everything within reason to meet our expectations of the final product. Another feature we appreciated was his willingness to communicate with us on progress at each stage. We knew what work was to be done and what tradesmen would be working on a particular day.
Charles Brincat has assembled a very skilled and reliable team of tradesmen who worked efficiently to meet their time deadlines. Furthermore, Mr Brincat was prepared to guarantee the work of his subcontractors, something we haven’t always found in previous dealings with builders. The whole building project was carried out over a period of about five weeks during which there was a minimum disruption to the rest of the household. The other thing that pleased us was that the whole project came in on budget.
We were very impressed with the quality of finish of the en-suite, walk-in robes and master bedroom and we take considerable pride in showing our friends and other interested people the high quality results of the building project. The en-suite has been entered into the “Bathroom of the Year” competition sponsored by the Housing Industry Authority and whilst the judge’s decision is not yet known, the visiting panel conveyed that they were very impressed with the design, the quality of workmanship and quality of fittings incorporated into the project.
We have no hesitation in recommending Mr Brincat and his team of tradesmen to anyone who may be contemplating housing renovations or extensions. We are very pleased with the quality of work he performed for us.
