As you know, we have been renovating for some four years. Up till now we had performed much of the works ourselves, but have needed on a regular basis to get tradesmen in for electrical, plumbing and other specialist jobs. Invariably, this has resulted in frustration and unexpected additional cost due to unreliable service, poor performance or inaccurate or incomplete quoting.
When the time came to renovate the bathroom we felt the task was beyond us and so we decided to get a builder in to quote. Given the excellent service we had previously received from the Bathroom Bazaar, we took their recommendation and were put in contact with you.
